Hey there,
StrangeSound, a buddy from SoundClick invited me to this forum, so I've been reading in here for a while and now I'm quite glad to be here - seems to be a really nice community of skilled musicians.

So, I'm a session guitarist from karlsruhe, germany and just wanted to introduce one of my fun-projects to you guys, called "Air Sculptures" (just check our stuff out right here),

consiting of me and a good friend of mine from h-drive records (a recording studio here in Karlsruhe) and basically everyone else who is interested in working with us, just playing around with different ideas and backings (most of them are from SoundClick), messing with Cubase, Wavelab and all this crazy ****e... :)

I'm not too much of a good producer (so, if things get serious I better leave the producer's chair to someone more skilled than myself), but anyway, I did all mixes and mastering of Air Sculptures by myself. I also played all the guitars and did all of the additional samples used for the tracks.

Oh and before I forget: StrangeSound played 'em niiiice E-piano sounds on the 2nd track, called "This thursday". He's an absolutly superb musician!

Have fun listening to our stuff, hope you like it! :)

Re: Air Sculptures

I really like it a lot! Great feel and textures. This Thursday seemed to take me down a rain-soaked city street at night.

Multidimensional Mindscapes is cool too. I really dig the effects at about 3:15 - 3:30. Nice lines after that too.

Thanks for sharing those! Good listening on a night like tonight!

By the way that was indeed some tasty E-piano by StrangeSound! Good job!

Re: Air Sculptures

I kept thinking of three tunes- "Cause We've Ended As Lovers", "Europa", and "Riviera Paradise".

Hey, thanks a lot for listening!
I'm glad you guys liked it!

I'll be posting more stuff here, as soon as we can do some more recordings.

Re: Air Sculptures

Thanks for your feedback! :)

I just remastered the last song "Lights of utter Chaos". There's a slightly different EQ on it now, all guitars are a bit louder as well. I also re-edited the stereo-pan for the ambient sounds and the leadguitars on the track.

You can check the new mix out on SoundClick.
Enjoy! :)
