Alligning Bridge w/ Pups w/ Neck?

Alright, so i posted earlier today about a Tele body i bought, i realise im going to be posting fairl fruqently with questions on what to do, so you guys will just have to bare with me. Anyway, ive been thinking. I need to buy a neck, now does the nut width on the neck matter? Does it need to be a certain size if i were to by the Wilkinson 3 brass saddle bridge? And being as all the cavities are all pre cut, after the bridge is mounted, and pups are in, will the strings line up with the poles from the pups? AND! (Yeah i can be annoying), for the neck pick up on a telecaster, how do you confirm the poles are alligned with the strings, being as the poles arent visible (From what i understand).

Only to you. Nut width is pretty much a personal feeling thing.

Not the nut, but the heel needs to fit.
The widths are all pretty standard these days, but double check the width of the heel pocket and make sure the neck heel is the same.

And being as all the cavities are all pre cut, after the bridge is mounted, and pups are in, will the strings line up with the poles from the pups?

They should, being Tele single coils and all.
But bear in mind that you might have to pivot the neck around fractionally, with the neck screws just a bit loose, to line up the strings on the fretboard properly.
That's a "might".
They could be perfectly fine first try.

AND! (Yeah i can be annoying), for the neck pick up on a telecaster, how do you confirm the poles are alligned with the strings, being as the poles arent visible (From what i understand).

The neck pup location is more determined by the pickguard cutout than the neck pup cavity.
That said, eyeballing the pickguard location before you screw it down is probably your only option.
Just make sure you have roughly equal lengths of the pup on either side of the E strings and you should be fine.
