alnico 8 Dimebucker?

Yes it can be ordered, probably via Duncan Shop Floor custom order. Has anyone tried it? Not that I've heard, but I would think it would be awesome.

that's what I was thinking, I like the original dimebucker but his sound heavily relies on 1 khz freqs and from what I hear alnico 8 smooths the highs and produces an overall more organic tone than ceramic

I'm not familiar with A2 but my tele came with A3s my basses all have a5 and I have the alt 8 in my strat now how would you say it sounds in comparison to A5 magnets?

Does the Dimebucker have a single magnet?

Cuz the L500 series has 4 separate magnets (AFAIK)

I'm pretty sure the dimebucker is a single ceramic magnet
