Alnico II Pro™ Flat APS-2

So a friend of mine is selling a pair of Alnico II Pro™ Flat APS-2 pups... with a TB-5 which i love... but dont know much about the alnico... do they will work together?... i mean i want to install them in a hum-sing-sing with locking trem...
any toughts?

Sounds like a great set-up, should sound very nice. The only caution (which really applies to just about any HSS configuration) is that the hummer will have much more output than the singles. You may have to keep the TB-5 lower than the A2Pros to keep them balanced with each other.

put an a2 mag in the sh-5 and turn it into a custom custom (tb-11). It will tame the output a little and add teh spongier feel of the a2 so it will be more in line with he vibe of the other two pups. Throw in a dedicated 500k bridge tone control with a push pull for a coil split. Have the other tone control looking after neck/middle. Just lower the bridge pickup until the split sound is more or less like the output of the other two pickups, and leave full 'bucking mode for your built in balls to the wall rock boost.
That would make a rad sounding setup with a2ps in the neck and middle. All the sweetness and plenty of old skool rocking tones too.

im a big fan of the aps-2. still vintagey single coils but rounder than the ssl2

Thanks for the replies guys... i think i forgot to mentioned that the guitar only has volume and tone, and i rarely use the tone (most of the times), I also know that this SC arent hum cancelling but my main concern was the tone of them i mostly play hard rock metal, but recently i've playing newer pop music... quite change if you asked me... even I am surprise...
So right now i'm looking for versatilty...
