Alnico Pro II Tele pickups in Deluxe Nashville Tele

I replaced the neck and bridge pickups in my Deluxe Nashville Tele with SD Alnico Pro II Tele pickups.
I kept the middle pickup (Fender Tex Mex Strat pickup which is Alnico 5 magnet) from the stock set.
After the fact, I'm wondering if that is a no-no....mixing magnet types?

Is this (2 different types of magnets in a set) a potential issue/concern?
It didn't even occur to me when I researching/deciding on the replacement pickups.
I'm using a Fender SuperSwitch (5 way) to get neck, neck/middle, neck/bridge, middle/bridge and bridge.

Anyone with experience/knowledge about this?

It's not a magnet-type mixing issue, but you *may* have a polarity or phase issue - do you still have hum-cancelling in the combined positions (if you ever did?) All Fender and Duncan pickups seem opposite wind and/or polarity between the equivalent positions, IIRC. That said, if you're in-phase/hum cancelling you're probably fine.

I think that’s going to be a great mix. Likely a lot of versatility. You may want to lower the middle pickup a bit.

But don’t worry. Play it and tell us if you like it.

Re phase and polarity - my guess is that it will hum cancel with the neck only and you will want to swap the cables of the fender (hot where ground is and vice versa)

Initially, there was a phase issue on the in-between settings. I was going to pick it up last Saturday and the in-between settings had a HUGE
drop in volume and really thin sound.
Guitar tech said there apparently was a phase issue and changed a couple connections. Much improved.
With the bridge alone, bridge/neck and neck (typical Tele combinations) it's much improved from the stock Fender Tex Mex pickups.
The in-between (2 and 4) are a little muffled compared to stock. I'll play around a little with amp EQ and middle pickup height.
It never had hum cancelling on the 2 and 4 settings before....middle pickup is not RWRP.

I did notice that virtually all the Fender pickups were Alnico 5.
I'd gotten a couple sets of Seth Lover HB's (Alnico 2) and REALLY liked them.
Didn't know if this translated to single coils or was comparing apples to oranges.
