Alnico Pro II

I picked up an alnico pro II off of ebay, while it works and sounds good (the important part) It has black screws in it, which i don't think were stock. I have another duncan pickup I could switch them out, just wanted to know if it makes a difference sonically or just astheticly.

If the black screws have hex heads and/or are shorter, then yes, they will sound different than the regular slotted head polepieces.

They look like the same length adn are slotted head polepieces. I think i'm goingto pull the ones out of my other duncan pickup just to match the looks.
