i'm impressed by this technique(probably cause i haven't heard it a lot, and cause i suck :laugh2: )
i've searched the net on how to fingertap, but i don't find anything helpful..
i've picked up a thick book about guitars that has a portion on fingertapping, but i can't seem to figure out the tab and notation :yell:
is this correct?
1. with the left hand, press down on the 3rd fret, for ex.
2. with the right hand, tap the fret 12 frets above it. so in this case, it'd be the 15th fret.
i hope that's not all thats involved, because i can't pull it off very well. how do guitarists pull off a blazing solo with this technique? are there hammering and pull-offs involved in this?
please help...
