Alternative to Electro Voice EV 12L?

I've decided that I wanna replace the speaker in my 80's Concert with an Ev 12L, but....I really don't wanna spend $250 on a speaker if I can avoid it.

Is there anyone (eminence? Weber?) that makes something thats basically the same, or Identical, or at least really close. But WAY cheaper?

Funny that 2 guys called lo-fi are discussing EVM12L's - one of the highest-fi guitar speakers around.

I'm not sure. From what I've heard its suppoused to be a copy of a JBL D120F. But I could be wrong.

The Eminence Delta 12A is the closest to to EVM12L, even though it does not have a cast basket like the Commonwealth.

The EVM12L I'm using now was plucked from a Fender Concert II, lower extension cab. It sat beneath an upper Concert II combo. The amp is long gone, and the speaker is in my vertical Recto 2x12, but the empty Fender cab is part of my closet collection. :s

also if ya ever decide to sell that concert Extension cab, please lemme know. I've been looking to get the matching extension cab for awhile, but haven't had much luck finding one.
