alternatives for hardtail strat bridge?

so i'm planning on purchasing a guitar from a forum bro that has a fender style non-trem bridge. i dont generally gel well with fender bridges aside from the old school tele style ones and i'm mostly a T-O-M kind of guy. Do you guys know of any aftermarket bridges that will mount onto the guitar with little to no mods? i

i wonder if a tele bridge with the plate cut short would work... :scratchch

edit: its a korean made fender if that matters at all. i assume the bridge is metric
