That's no problem at all. I use a 200W speaker with a 10W guitar amp.

The speaker rating is a theoretical limit of how much power the speaker can take before it is damaged. So if you use a 120 watt amp into a 200 watt speaker, the speaker is not pushed anywhere near its limit.

You're good. Having too many rated watts on a speaker won't do damage. Having too much power on an amp driving a weaker rated speaker can be trouble.

Make sure that the impedance (ohms) match properly.
