Because i get up between 2 & 4am for work even on my off days the X-100 Rockman affords me the ability to throw down on guitar w/o creating a disturbance for anyone else especially my wife.

Of course anyone could do that with any guitar and amp with some headphones, without spending the big bucks on the X100. If you've got it, great...much easier to use than plugging in to your big rig. But...

Big Kudos to you that you can dive right into playing when you wake up. That's a great habit to efficiently and productively use your time. I wish I could do that, I'm also an early riser (4-5:00am, though). But it takes me several hours at least for my body and mind to wake up enough to get into action. I'm envious.

Doc im almost 60 i have a 2 hour wake-up period too LOL.
Thank you tho. Usually on work days i can't pull off rehearsals with feeding cats and everyday stuff but i will pick up an unplugged guitar and strum while drinking coffee.
Cool thing is Tom Scholz's vision is still relevant 50+ years later in my life.

Rockmans are the standard. I have a couple units myself (the models and revisions are actually noticeably different). A Rockman one of the necessary keeper pieces of gear if you're a working player.
