i need some more pedals. i've been wanting to do more tricky stuff in my songs lately and the DS-1 is a one-trick pony to say the very least.

The Loop-Master is true bypass so when none of the loops are activated then the guitar signal bypasses all the pedals and goes straight to the cord that goes to the amp resulting in removing all tone drain from pedals that aren't true bypass.

I see.

So does that mean that to turn on your Metal Muff, you have to activate that 'loop' and then hit the Muff too? Or do you just leave the pedals 'on' all the time and use the Loopmaster as a controller?

I leave the pedals on and use the Loop-Master as a controller.

with the exception that I have to hit the actual button on the Metal Muff when i want to use the Top Boost, which is why it is right in the middle with easy access.

I like that Idea. I have a fender twin back home and hate running pedals to it. they really take the tone of the amp away. I never knew this product existed either.

I love the holy grail reverb. and yes EH products are awesome.

I like the big metal muff because I do use the top-boost, but the pocket metal muff had just as good distortion (IMO).

yes it is the top to an old child's school desk... I found it in my basement and velcro'd pedals to it!

HAHHAHHAH, school desk! That's up there on the list of crazy homemade pedal boards. I watched this one guy just open a suitcase and set it down on the stage, the lid wasn't even removable, it just kinda sat there open.
