Hey Folks, a little trade bait here to see if anyone bites:
Here's a fender american telecaster...in the fairness of full-disclosure, due to the replacement neck it's should probably be coined a 'partscaster'. Body, bridge, neck plate and some of the hardware are all 2007 fender original, but the rest of the parts were sourced from ebay, craigslist, and warmoth. Fender SCN pups throughout, straight telecaster wiring, Fender pearloid pickguard, fender straplock buttons, fender cts pots, fender switch, etc. There are two body dings worth noting (and pictured). They're small, as you can see, on the bottom of the guitar.
The neck is a Warmoth (vintage-modern construction) neck, with 6150 frets, abalone dots and the fatback profile, slightly flamed, finished with tru-oil (meaning warmoth warranty intact!) and wet sanded down to a satin finish for playability. I've routed and epoxied in a metal washer plate, so that the micro-tilt on the neck works perfectly (although, frankly, fender american tele's dont really need it, the american strats may need it once in a while).
The whole thing comes with a brand new fender TSA case, with key and silica gel!
$700, plus shipping/paypal.
However, there are some trades I would consider....and depending on the fair value of the item traded for, cash on either end:
* ernie ball/musicman axis
* Peavey wolfgang (special, special FT)
* PRS SE Single cut or Custom
* I'm open to other varieties of 80s/VH-style floyd loaded guitars as well...
I'm local to Long Island...so if anyone wants to do an in-person trade, that's cool too.
