Geez, looks like the guy has been using it to chop wood. That chunck out of the neck is what I'm wondering about.

Still, if you are right handed, it shouldn't be a problem. Structurally, the way its broken, it looks totally playable.

I'd buy it if I didn't have 10 already...........it's an American strat! and not even a Highway one.........

I would have bought that too if I were in the market for a strat. New pickguard and it would have been great. If the neck bothered you, you coud always pick one up...even used on eBay for $200 or so, and have $500 in a great American Strat, or just part out the body and make money.

That would have been a good buy.
