Amp Advice Needed - PRS H or Rivera Fandango

Monsta-Tone

New member
I recently sold my Rivera S-120 to a friend that just had to have it.
I greatly regret it......That amp, although it didn't have quite enough gain for me, was fantastic!

Since the S-120 is very hard to find, I have been looking at other options.
I've narrowed it down to a few:

Rivera M60 or M100 - Great amps that will sound almost identical to my old S-120, but not quite as full since they are mono. These amps are getting up there in years and will need the same filter cap replacements that I had to do to the S-120.

Rivera Fandango - I haven't tried one in person, but I really like Rivera quality and the fact that not everyone has one. I have a Mesa Rectoverb but it just sounds like most of the heavier music that I listen to. I'm looking for a new flavor of tone. Looks like it has more gain on the lead channel than the S-120 had as well.

PRS H - I really like the fact that these are fairly affordable and all point to point. All of the clips and videos I have found though are either low gain, showing off the great sounding clean channel, or grainy gritty crappy high gain tones.

Can anyone give any opinions or advice on the H amp's high gain? I'm not looking for Recto gain, more like live UFO. Great Marshall gain with lots of crunch and sustain.
