Hails guys
i have to ask you about this stuff. otherwise. i will never be able to buy AND USE a tube ampo in my life on my own city.
a guy that makes eletronical services on guyitares , amps, tvs and etc. told me that a friend of him bought a peavey 5150 II head..... and was playing at a local pub...
when he turned it off to go home , take a shower and come back......
when he turned it on again.... the amp didn´t answer, he turned off and on again.... and he turned off forever.
well..... all teh tubes burned.
i guess some down/up tension broke up the otubes.
what can i use to prevent this?

Well a 5150 II would be made for US voltage...and your in brazil right? Maybe it's the wrong voltage current that the amp wants. If that's it, a simple converter would work.

If a Peavey 5150 has tubes, a cabinet, and speaker cable,
and is plugged into the right voltage, it should be fine.

The only thing I can think of is...bad tubes? wrong AC converter?
or bad electrical socket (where the amp was plugged in?)
