amp help - its frying

my amp smells like its frying - i unplugged, whats goig on here? there was a power outage today, did she get all fried? whats going on, help?

tube failure, speaker, whats happening? it plays fine, sounds a little off, but smells like somehthing is cooking...

upon closer inspection, my V1 tube is just barely lighting up? the rest glow a nice orange, this one is a very very very dim glow. it still smells bad. should i shuffle around the pre amp tubes? this tube andanother V1 and V3 both look in pretty bad shape, barely glowing, if that. help!
