Amp problem needs diagnosis

What would cause the 4 & 8 ohm outputs on a Marshall DSL 100 to stop functioning, yet the 16 ohm works just fine. I've double checked this on different cabs, with different speaker leads. All the fuses look fine, and the tubes visually look fine (no overheating or indications of anything melting)

I would venture to guess that the switch that changes the OHM rating is broken.

Certainly the 1st place to look. Make sure the contacts are clean and touching.
