im still using my peavey 2x12 old crappy scorpion speakers, and it seems that they are really farting out and shutting down my volume. Could the speakers be shot, or is there something wrong with the amp?
Would having a much higher wattage rated JBL (It's in the shop) help me keep that volume up? I'm also thinking about getting 2 big bottle tubes like kt66's or some sort of black plate 6l6.
