No i don't think the SPC works as an impedance match, you've got to use the PA2 if you choose to do it this way. Yes those are stock fender singles....i don't care for the volume difference between the 85 and the two singles as i only use the 85 with the distorted channel of my amp and the singles only for cleans......so i just balance the volume of each channel on my amp.
I use the PA2 ONLY as a buffer with the boost at zero..........(unity setting on the trim pot<--------------lol my english is horrible
