Anchor Studs Or Not For a LP Style Bridge?

Greetings~ As you can see from my pics, my guitar doesn't have those anchors, & is probably more like original LP's,,, Is there any real sustainable benefit for me to switch over to anchors? Is there any one particular Brad that reigns supreme?

Nothing is really pulling on the bridge so I'd say no, but if you changed setups often and would be adjusting the action differently then I'd say yes.
Don't listen to me because I'm a floyd guy and have only owned one LP ever.
