I'm planning on finally selling my Parker Nitefly. I never play it, it doesn't suit my tastes anymore, and it's very temperamental. I ought to be getting around $400-500 for it which is enough to get a new piece of gear. :13:
I'm thinking about getting a new guitar to replace the Parker. I've been trying out different makes and models lately and can't decide on which direction I want to take. I've been GASing for a Telecaster since I picked up a guitar and recently discovered the Ibanez Artcore series. Both of these guitars are very different from my current metal-centric set-up.
At the same time, I'm also GASing for something closer to my current set-up. I'm particularly interested in an Edwards SG, an ESP EC-1000, and a Schecter Ultra.
This isn't a poll about which guitar would be better for me than the other, more like a suggestion as to the direction I should take. As of right now, I'm leaning more towards the Tele direction since it's something completely new to me tone-wise.
What do you guys think?
