A few weeks ago I posted a little clip with my new OCD pedal and Soujourn suggested I post a few more tunes. I have been continuing to fool around with the OCD. I recorded this about a week ago and just left it sit but I thought I would post some of it. I was playing over a backing track MarinBlues posted a month ago, kind of an odd beatlesque piece. I think I was using my IRW McCarty with p-90's my amp was set with blackface pre-amp and 6V6 powertubes (a combination I seldom use). I love the harmonics that the OCD 'enhances'. At around 1:02 I play a little bend that sounds almost like a pedal guitar with all the overtones ringing.
(Something very wierd happended while recording, I was planning on going in one direction and the song went unexpectedly in another and funky oscillations happened. I muted the backing track for the few seconds it occured but you can still hear it very prominently. Not sure if I overloaded the input or what. Oh well I left it in for fun. You will hear it around 0:53.

Oh, Olin I used my sennheiser 421 on this (and all my clips). Close mic'd ,angled so it is perpenicular to the speaker cone.
