Another "ugly" from Rick Turner.

When Rick made that guitar model that Jeremy has, I thought it was ugly. At least, the purple Formica version. But it grew on me. I think Jeremy's version looks sweet.

I don't think this one is going to fair as well. This is one ugly guitar.

Well... I've seen worse. This one smacks of an Italian design I recall from the 60's.

Also reminds me of the old Burns guitars from the 60s (though this one is cleaner looking). It's one of those things: someone might think its ugly now, but give a decade and it could become some desirable rarity because someone made a hit with it.

Someone left their strat in the car and it sorta melted.

None of his designs do it for me. I don't know what his influences are, but I don't think I like any of them.

Yeah, it has a Burns vibe about it. Throw a black pickguard on it and some trisonics. :P

he definitely had a "thing" he started alembic in 1969, and was hanging out with the dead and bear sooo... acid? :D

The irony is, given it's a Rick Turner design, it probably plays and sounds amazing. (I wonder what the price is.)
