Are the Antiquity set for Tele compatible with a four-way switch?
I am getting new p/u´s for my 52 RI and I might as well put a four-way switch
in it when I´m at it.

any 2 pickups could be wired with a 4 position switch...

Re: Antiquity for Tele

not to change the subject ....

I haven't tried a 4-way switch on a tele, but I've read that other folks don't care for the extra position's tone

I'd probably like it, though

anyway, switches are cheap :)

the 4th position is very thick sounding for a telecaster...

Re: Antiquity for Tele

I like the 4th position. It might not be a typical tele tone but It makes the tele more
versatile. Soundwise anyway.
