Antiquity PAF magnet, thinner than the real deal?

last week, i decided to swap my double cream Seth Lover bridge for an Ant bridge. i find the Seth bridge a tad bright. it might be because its uncovered but i can't find the original cover. so when the Ant arrived, i decided to swap the aged mag with a full power one(my neck pup is an Ant neck with full power A2) without actually hearing how it sound with the aged mag(i don't have the time to take out the pickup again). i didn't noticed when i modded the neck pup but i noticed that the aged ant A2 mag is noticeably thinner than the full power A2 i got from ampge. the aged ant mag measures 7/64" thick, while the full power ampge mag measures exactly 1/8"thick. i'ved never seen a real PAF magnet but all i'ved heard and read are they are 1/8" thick. so i put the full power A2 anyway. there's a slight problem being the mag slightly thicker, the bobbins "leaned" a little bit. but i'll be putting back the covers anyway. The Ant bridge i got BTW are double cream and measures 8.77K. as for the sound, i like it better than the seth. they sound similar only the ant has less highs but still sounds open.
