That is an Antiquity Humbucker set, signed twice by Seymour himself. I’m not sure what else you are needing to identify. There is only one Antiquity Humbucker set, though there are options for gold vs nickel covers etc.. Those look like they might be older, from a run in the 90’s-2000’s maybe, but I could be wrong on that.
