Any Fender G-DEC users?

Anyone have any experience with these little guys? I'm considering the $150 junior model as a simple practice amp. I love the idea of not only having built-in drums but loops for bass as well to jam along to. Seems like a sweet little deal. Anyone know of any other similar products that have a built-in band to jam along with in that price range? If

My friend has one. I was pretty impressed with the tones and effects it has. Definitely worth the $$ IMO. Great practice amp because of the drum loop.

So I bought one, the G-DEC Junior, the 15-watt model with the knobs instwad of digital menus.

This little beast is great fun! The amp models, effects, bla, bla, bla are all totally usable and sound great considering it's a $150 amp.

The real point of difference here are the included "band in a box" loops. They're super fun to jam along with, allow you to change tempo and key, and provide lots of incentive to pick up that guitar and play. And for my money that really what it's all about and makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended as a bedroom amp or jam-along amp for veteran players or possibly the perfect starter amp for new players.

It's a useful amp when you're just jamming at home at talking volumes. When you turn it up, it can be noisy like most SS amps, but you gotta think about what you're using it for......just a useable tone at a volume level that works for you.

I'm a big tube snob when it comes to being in a rehearsal room, but at home, it's all about being able to play....or not.

I played on of those for awhile in a music store once. I had a blast with it!! I liked it.
