Re: Any FUZZ-fans among us ? (Voodoolab Superfuzz)
I don't know how to get my playing onto my computer yet, but I can describe it a little. For single-note lines, it sounds just like a saxaphone. The distortion is much more intense than a Big Muff, but the result is really smooth, especially on the Fuzz I mode. With the Muff, you can kind of sound out chords when playing, but with this FZ-2, it turns into complete noise. I have heard that some people try hard to work around this, while others try to incorporate the sound into their playing; I do a little of both. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the pedal with the fuzziest sound on which chords can be sounded out is the RAT.
I have always wanted to hear one
What's it sound like? What does "obliterating" mean?
Have any samples? comparisons? The feel?
