Yeah, I'm guessing it's a Kemper profile of his bias modded 5150.

I suspect that he used a TS in front as well.

Yup. I haven't installed them in a guitar that I actually gel with yet though. :/

I haven't played them with a proper wiring job in a guitar that I like yet. I'm thinking about just putting them into my number 1 until can I afford a guitar for them.

while I suppose that he could be using the Kemper, it sounds like classic black/death metal use of a 5150.

They sound obscenely good for metal if you know how to use them in the studio.

yea, that sounds like a pretty standard Scandinavian black metal rig. Gorgoroth and Satyricon use VHT Pitbulls. Lots and lots of 5150s out there too. I'd also wager there's some JCM2000 in a reamp or some other higher gain Marshall. Dem guys love Marshalls.

It's not Entombed, which is a Peavey Bandit with an HM2 in front of it and a cheap 808 in front of that.

It cant hurt. I love them they are screaming pick ups. Pop them in it will take you 15 minutes if you dont like it move on to the next thing.

Umm, I don't think so. If he is he never comes around much. I thought about just calling SD and hoping he was working on that day.
