Any Idea what pup Greg Howe used in Introspection?

I bought a Dimarzio Tone Zone for the second time and i'm still not happy with it and i know why, i guess i just like upper mids more than a butt heavy sound. Its almost there but i'm not into thick and meaty sound in the top three strings all the way to the last fret. The Tone Zone does just that.

I am quite interested in Greg Howe's sound in introspection, does anyone know which pickup Greg used in Introspection and Jump Start/Plush Interiors specially. I'd heard a long time back that he used a custom Dimarzio (called Sunnycaster or something). If its the Sunnycaster or something else, will it still be available in Dimarzio's custom shop...

Not sure of what he used except for early on when he just came out on Mike Varney's label and was endorsed by Fender using M80 amps and HM guitars. The HM had Dimarzio Super III pickups in the bridge.

Greg uses the a custom wind called the SUNNYCASTER which is pretty much a BREED and also uses the AIR CLASSIC, both are the bridge models he used a AIR ZONE briefly as well.

The inside of the cd cover seems to indiacte thats what he was using for introspection as well.

Hmm, i should have asked before getting the Tone Zone, Listening to Greg Howe on songs like Jump Start i can hear the acoustic sound of the strings like as though there was a piezo pickup in the tremolo. I find his and Nuno Bettencourt's general guitar tone to be similar in that way and i like both sounds, and getting a B&B L500 is so difficult
