Would the pre-54 style Antiquity Tele bridge pickup (flatpole) have enough output to keep up with either the Antiquity Firebird neck pickup or an SM-1n vintage mini-humbucker neck pickup? I'm trying to figure out another Firebird mini-HB and Tele bridge pickup combination for a bright sounding American Series Tele (ash body with rosewood fingerboard). I am also considering the SD Broadcaster and Jerry Donahue bridge pickups. I'm looking for a fat, bluesy tone.
I already have an American series Tele (ash body, maple fingerboard) with a Fender CS Nocaster bridge pickup and an SM-3n Seymourized mini-humbucker neck pickup, and I want something a little different but in the same ballpark for the other one.
