Any Love for Breedlove?

I'm in the midst of a potential trade. I'm having a hard time selling my VHT and don't want to deal with the Bay. I need a new acoustic and this one looks enticing. Anyone have any experience with this? Also the trade would involve my VHT deliverance Sixty head for his Breedlove and cash. How much cash should I ask for to make this deal fair?
