Re: Any of you use a tremolo pedal much?
I have a Boss Tremolo, and have no complaints. I got it because a lot of players get a great sound with trem - John Leventhal, Johnny Marr, some of the 'billy guys, but I just don't get it when I play. I need more time to sort it out.
Hey, SirJackdeFuzz: Have you heard the Dillingers? They're an instrumental "surfabilly/cowpunk/crimejazz" band from Florida, on Steve Vai's Favored Nations record label. Listening to their album, you'd swear it was a tortured old Fender amp, but he uses a Keeley modded TR-2 plus a bunch of other pedals into a pair of Classic 30's. Their guitarist Rich Rossano posted a review of the modded TR-2 on Harmony Central. They are extremely cool.
