They're not "kits" per se, but you can get what you need to build a guitar. I can't speak for the necks, but I assembled a guitar from one of their bodies and a Warmoth neck, and it's great

Harley Benton has reasonably affordable kits. Come partially assembled. Some models may require replacement parts ...or glue, ...sold separately.

I wonder if those are real zebrawood. They don't look like any that I've used or even seen. Could be some kind of manufactured wood with a "zebra" pattern. In any case, it's the ugliest "zebrawood" I've ever seen.
