Interesting thread! I have the same issue. ONE spot on the fretboard is giving me a buzz. Not in a pleasant way.. Ive laid a straight edge down the frets and it looked fine. hopefully I can learn something here to correct it..

well I suppose that either:

1) one fret is a bit high
or
2) one fret is low
or
3) neck is twisted
or
4) something entirely different

ONE spot on the fretboard is giving me a buzz.

If I could play one spot on the fretboard and get a buzz, I'd play that spot all day.
