Anybody know about these Fenders?

I picked this up today off Craig's List for $175. It needs a new tone pot and a good intonation setup. The previous owner took out the original Duncans and put int these white DiMarzios. It has a chip out around the bottom where the input jack is. Doesn't have the flame maple, but is a nice transparent red. Just wondering? Experiences? Quality? Etc..

Looks pretty cool to me.
If it's a set-neck & made in Korea,I "think" it actually may have come with the DiMarzios,but don't hold me to that.
I just remember seeing 'em in the MF catalogs...

Sounds like a great price,tho!!!

looks sweet. its a rare day when you see binding on a fender board, which that pic kind of looks like it has but im not sure

Cool axe. If it's a solid color, it's basswood and came with Dimarzios. If it's a flamed top, it's mahogany with Duncans.
