Anybody try the Gibson Super '74 HBs

They're on the Randy Rhoads Les Paul Custom.

Just wondering if anybody ever tried the pickup? Not trying to chase the Randy tone, just felt that pickups sounded pretty good. They're whatever gibson custom pickups with alnico 3 in them. What do you think they might be (with mag replaced with A3)?

Seriously though, if it's similar to '59 or PG, I'd just swap the mag to A3 and call it a day.

time-correct ones would be t-tops, but from what I've learned here,
t-tops would have shorter A5s and these new ones are A3s, which just adds
to the confusion :scratchch

Looks like p'ups is not even considered an afterthought.

I'm certain they got a pretty sweet deal on those A3 mags, as they're putting'em eveeywhere.
