I have seen various kits on the for Tube amps designed around the classic design types. Anybody using or considering building one of these amps?

I built the Princeton inspired Two-Stroke as a head amp from Dave Hunters book.
Love it.

At some point, hopefully in the near future, I'm going to build a 6v6 Tweed Deluxe head as well.

I'm using an amp that started out as a Soldano SLO clone but has since been through various revisions and is a fair bit different now.

It's easily the best amp I've ever played to date it's so versatile it's unreal.

The best part about it is that I could fine tune absolutely every aspect of it to suit my exact needs.

I'm using a Marshall Plexi clone I built into the shell of an Epiphone Blues Custom 30. It's a delicious amp.
