Just curious. If you have a PAF in your neck position and its a strat lay down the clippage!!!

Listen to some Phil Lesh recordings. He uses a Strat with a pair of '59s.

Within a week or two I'll have a 59 in the neck of my strat.. and I'll most likely release a thread with some clippage.

I have an HH Strat with two degaussed A2 59's in it. They sound pretty close to Seths. But I don't have any recording equipment. They sound very full, warm, clear, and transparent.

Listen to "Reelin In The Years" by Steeley Dan. The top solo and maybe the one in the body of the tune is done with a Strat with a vintage PAF in the neck...the Seth is gonna be lots like that.

I've got a Strat with some Gibson '57 Classics in it, Plus in the bridge. KILLER setup in a Strat. I can cut some clips tonight.

EXCELLENT!!! I've been dying to hear some clips of this as me and my friend are planning on getting seth lovers for our strats, neck position ONLY

To keep the other quacky strat settings and to have a FAT clean jazz sound from the neck pickup with as many rich undertones as possible.

Ok, here ya go. My Frankenstrat with the '57 Classic in the neck. I'm just noodling around, no real structure to any of it. Just some stuff to give you a good idea of how it sounds at least in this Strat.
