On a more serious note...not much but alittle...
Stick a block in it so it only can dive....then you tune it to what ever you want...

Guys, for those who didn't understand the video I posted : this is a trem stabilizer which still allows pull ups, and requires NO MODS to the guitar (no drilling) at all. I haven't found a single product besides the posted one which does that.

It looks like a nice system, but I wouldn't say it is the only one. I've used these quite a bit too and they work great - http://www.fu-tone.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=70&products_id=222

FWIW, I have tried a Tremol-no, and honestly, not a fan, it works fine at home, but it doesn't work that great if you are trying to go between locked and floating on the fly in the the middle of a gig or something.
