anyone ever heard of 'Hot Live Bands'?

I got an email via soundclick from a rep of this entity, asking if they could feature one of our demo songs on their compilation CD..

I was wondering if it was bogus....I checked out their website and it's being 'rebuilt' right now...

A few have gotten this mail.... nobody seems really sure what the story is...

I definitely would be VERY careful, in the sense of "You can NEVER be too careful with anything in the music industry" ... it´s by far THE most ruthless, backstabbing industry out there, and you´re chances of getting scammed are better than anywhere else

I got that email, dont even have anysongs on soundclick, and I googled it and got to a forum where like 100 people got it, they pretty much confirmed there, its bullcrap!

I got that email, from Frank. Made me laugh as I have recieved a few other emails of this nature one other I recall was from Warren Ryan at statue records. All these emails are bullsh#t.

I got the same email awhile ago and replied just for the hell of it and haven't gotten anything back. Just another spammer to put on the list...
