The Ravish pedal is pretty sweet, my ex played it with her fiddle at a guitar shop a couple of times. Lots of crazy tones available in there. I think she might have stacked it up with a POG and generated some seriously weird tones. She ended up buying the POG over the Sitar though, as it was less unpredictable.

i will just stick to my real sitar for sitar sounds.

I have a Variax Acoustic that has a really good electric sitar sound on it. I haven't found pedals that really nail that sound yet.
