I have a gorgeous 1985 DT-500CS X-Series Destroyer setneck all original including the Sure Grip knobs, Super 80 in the neck and V2 in the bridge and V strap holders. The fretboard is killer looking, so dark it almost looks like ebony in natural light. The case is nice also, all 3 latches are perfect, very little wear to outer but no key. Interior has one small rub spot from the neck strapholder. It also has a rare version top that shows the grain going both ways instead of the regular flame. The lengthwise look is killer, looks striped. It also has the nice MOP block inlays unlike the bolt-on Destroyers
Serious offer only please, this is not a beat to crap guitar and I am in no rush to let it go. Just a few very minor dings on the top and a very light scratch near the serial number

whoof! i think gorgeous is an understatement!
however, that's exactly why i cannot buy this guitar - i'm always really rough on my guitars, and even if i try to be careful, they end up in rough shape. wouldn't be right to treat a guitar like that in such a manner.
definitely looking for more of a beater - probably should have mentioned that in the original post. thanks for the offer though!
