anyone have comments on the GT-EL34LS tubes?

thinking of putting them in my Genz. I know theyre a higher output tube but that about it. Comments etc. would be helpful.

the jj e34L is the same tube- you can probably get them cheaper.
I like them and use them in my marshall.

That's what I was thinking. You can buy a quartet for $50 and a duet for $30 if you go with JJ E-34L's.

alright, guess i should have just asked about el 34ls tubes in general, im not necessarily looking at groove tubes.

I do like them- they are a bit louder than most other el34 tubes, because they are rated for 30 watts vs 25 for most others. Works great because I use greenbacks with my marshall, and it kinda gives it a bit more umph- you do have to rebias, because they pull more current than most 34's
