Anyone have experience with Peg City pickups?

I'm looking into the Angry Widow and the Fatboy Special Bridge.

Wondering what are your impressions on them if you've used any.

You guys have it all wrong. This kind of thing is much more suited to a loose, relaxed playing style. Smooth rounded tones, deep lows, solid vibes.

No idea about the pickups though, sorry.

Spin a split gets them into "merry widow" territory

Didn't really think about it. I use the split a lot on my Strat with High Output Fralins and my Dimebuckers, but not really on my super hot guitars. When I pick up a BW-loaded guitar, single coil tones are the furthest thing from my mind.

My pickups showed up they look beautiful. I am in the studio all weekend so I will not have a chance to install them and check them out until next week but I can't wait.

He makes both options and open coils. I opted for form over function, I am not one to play with my poles much. They are going in my black SG so I think you know where I am heading with this.
