Does anyone else think it's kinda wierd that just about everybody loves the acoustic strings, but hates the electric?

I like them for acoustic because they last FOREVER. They sound REALLY bright at the start though. You have to work them in and they mellow a bit. They are worth the $20 because I only change them like once a year. I haven't tried the electric guitar strings, but I go through electric strings a lot faster than acoustic string, so they might not be a great value.
