Anyone heard of Sawtooth Guitars?

I was looking in investing in a new tele, and I stumbled upon Sawtooth Guitars. I can't find one damn review that isn't a youtube commericial, yet they sell a wide variety of guitars. I'm guessing that they're a Chinese company, but was interested mainly because some of their guitars come stock with Seymour Duncan's. Any of you played one of these, or know any info?

Here's the guitar I was talking about

And here's the company

I have seen them on amazon
Pretty interested in the red with the maple board
But the price kinda puts me off

I really don't need another cheap beater

The problem is taking a flyer on a $600 unknown. I see some of their models are real cheap, $100 range. So what do you get for the additional $600? Duncan pups, Gotoh bridge and Grover machines? I'd be worried about those being like putting lipstick on a pig.

The obvious comparator here would be the Charvel Desolation series. Some aspects of those guitars were spectacularly good, regardless of price. Other aspects were spectacularly poor.

Several of the electric guitars on the Sawtooth website resemble Squier models that are normally crafted in Indonesia. If the prices are similar, who is going to mail order an unknown quantity when they could try several examples of the established brand in-store until they find the right one?

IMO, it would be worth consulting Mincer to check whether SD really is supplying OEM pickups to this manufacturer.
