i love the maple neck/board one! are they of real high quality?

Yes, this guitar is great. The MII is a Mirage (hence the name) ... it's a variation of the original Mirage and Mirage Custom guitars. The neck is great. The original Mirage Customs are neck-thru. The Lynch M1 is a modified Mirage as well ...

Looking at the picture, it looks like the volume control is really close to the bridge pup. I had a problem with my Strat, in that I kept brushing my hand against the volume control. I ended up just taking the knobs off of it, and leaving the exposed pots ... looks cool, and I don't turn the voulme down by accident any longer.

Yeah I once borrowed a very green Mirage neckthrough once for a job.....amazing guitar.
I also tried the bolt on MII as that one.....more snappy but pretty much the same good feel, very comfy necks.....and I mean very very comfy necks.

thanks guys! i was wondering the quality of this particular one?
i was told it is essentially a KH model minus the EMG's and skulls? :laugh2:
i was told it has the same neck shape though only with a maple board?
i loved the way the ESP KH model felt,but i can live without those cheesy skull inlays if you know what i mean? :laugh2:
shame ESP only offers the M-II in black though :yell:

Great guitar. My main guitar for the last 5 years has been a Custom Shop M-II with a carved top and graphic- it was '98 NAMM guitar. I love ESP M-IIs. That guitar is also available with a rosewood fingerboard- I would probably get that one over the maple one. Every M-II I have played has been solid. I also had a Lynch Skull & Snakes that was great- just hated that Screamin' Demon.

Well, this doesn't have EMG pups, either, so it'll sound a bit different. As for the neck radius, that I don't know.

the MII was 1 of my dream guitars in the 90s. I owned 1 for a little while and came to the conclusion i always do.... i hate floyds


keep an eye on ebay... they are on there alot. I have seen diffrent colors other than black
