Whatever it is, it doesn't sound all that different to the Screamin' Demon.
On his album with Doug Pinnick and Ray Luzier (KXM) leads sound a bit on the clangy side sometimes, which reminds me of my own Demon pickup.

I just watched the video, it sounds a lot like a Demon. Maybe not just like it but it has that big open sound to it.

What's funny is that I've heard he's used the Custom Custom in the Tiger at some point over the years and I've never heard any Lynch playing that sounds even remotely close to what a CC usually sounds like.
I hear plenty of examples of his playing where I can say "yep, that sounds like a Demon, or Distortion, etc." but never a CC!

His new Arcane is what you will find in his guitars if you order one, but that doesn't mean much. Even when he was with 'Duncan, it wasn't like the Demon was the the pickup he was playing exclusively. He had a couple custom shop pickups....the super V and Dokken bucker and also used the '78 and a '78 with an A5 magnet among others.
